The TrueNorth Chorale and Chamber Orchestra will be performing a Fall Concert titled Down a Country Lane on Saturday, October 26, 7:30 pm at Bay United Methodist Church is located at 29931 Lake Road, Bay Village, OH 44140, the southwest corner of Bassett and Lake Roads. This is a non-ticketed performance, a love offering will be taken to help defray concert expenses.
The Concert features Symphonic Tone Poems and Countryside Songs as we welcome in the autumn season. The TrueNorth Chamber Orchestra will present Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun Symphonic Poem by Claude Debussy; Finlandia, Op. 26 Tone Poem by Jean Sibelius, and Down a Country Lane by Aaron Copland. The TrueNorth Chamber Orchestra and Chorale will present Frostiana, Seven Country Songs by Robert Frost set to music by Randall Thompson.
